  • Managing the customer experience: discover the importance of managing the customer experience and the need for a coherent approach, identify opportunities for capturing feedback, and learn how to use feedback effectively in decision making

Who should attend

This interactive four-day qualification course is designed for existing and aspiring service desk managers and supervisors who wish to develop their understanding of service desk management best practice and how to run an effective support operation.

This course is suitable for those with at least three years experience in a service desk environment.

Prerequisites

There are no mandatory prerequisites. However it is recommended that candidates have more than 3 years experience within the Service Desk environment before attending this course.

Exam & Certification

  • All methods of delivering this course include the exam in the fee
  • The exam is 60 minutes in duration & includes 60 multiple choice questions
  • Exams are administered online (proctored) by an independent examination body
  • Participants are provided an exam voucher so they can schedule the exam at their convenience after completion of the course
  • A passing mark of 65% is required to receive your SDI SDM certificate
  • An exam review is included in the course to help you prepare for the final exam

Our virtual instructor-led classes include a $25 lunch voucher for each day, this means you can get your lunch organised whether you do it from home or the office. The voucher is provided via email on the first morning of the course.

SDI Service Manager online exam voucher, valid for 12-months

A Take2 exam re-sit is included if there is a 'failure' result from the first attempt. Take2 will not be available from a missed or absent exam attempt.
